Our greatest goal is to give you a healthy, straight, beautiful smile. We understand that choosing to receive orthodontic care is a big decision, and we respect your reasons for wanting to improve the way you look and feel. Our practice will work with you every step of the way to make sure that your orthodontic care is as rewarding as possible.

Every smile starts with an initial consultation

Your initial consultation will give you the opportunity to meet our team, learn more about orthodontics, receive a complete initial exam, and find out which treatment options will best meet your needs. During your initial consultation, we will:

• Review your dental and medical history forms
• Provide a complete oral exam, (x-rays may be necessary) to determine if treatment is necessary and discuss preliminary treatment options
• Discuss financial information, insurance options, and payment plans

Our team will be glad to answer any questions you may have.  

What happens after the initial consultation?

After your consultation, if treatment is recommended, we will arrange to see you for more detailed records of your teeth (photographs, x-rays, and a digital model of your teeth).  This appointment takes about 30 minutes.  This information is important for Dr. Levin, Dr. Tsang and Dr. Roberson to be able to develop the best custom plan for you.  You will then meet with Dr. Levin, Dr. Tsang or Dr. Robertson to discuss the details of your treamtent plan and answer any questions that you may have. We will also explain to you what type of appointments you need to arrange next in order or proceed.  We want to make sure that you are comfortable and feel as informed as possible during your treatment and always welcome questions and feedback.  

If your consultation determines that you or your child do not require treatment at the time, we will let you know when it is recommended to return to see us for follow-up.
